This application form for the inspection of Pesticide Application Equipment is intended for Professional Users of Plant Protection Products who own Pesticide Application Equipment in professional use, which would require inspection at regular intervals according to the requirements of Subsidiary Legislation 430.08 (LN 489 of 2011) on the Sustainable Use of Pesticides Regulations (under the Pesticides Control Act). Once the application form for the inspection of Pesticide Application Equipment is duly filled in and sent to MCCAA as indicated on the form, together with the payment fee, your request will be processed. MCCAA will then proceed to contact you to set an appointment to carry out the inspection on the Pesticide Application Equipment. At the end of the inspection you will receive a report indicating whether the Pesticide Application Equipment satisfies the relevant requirements of the Sustainable Use of Pesticides Regulations.
