Eligibility
The conversion application must be based on a European patent application.
How to apply
Fill in the online form and submit.
Required Documents:
i) A power of attorney document (if representative is appointed).
ii) In case a representative has not been appointed and owner is an individual, attach a copy of identity card or passport.
iii) In case a representative has not been appointed and owner of the Patent is a company, attach a copy of a declaration issued by the company certifying the request.
iv) Documentation showing that the European patent application is refused or withdrawn or deemed to be withdrawn, or the European patent is revoked in terms of Article 135 of the European Patent Convention.
