Overview

This application allows applicants to register their agricultural land by declaring responsibility for its cultivation with the Agricultural Directorate. Applications are reviewed in line with applicable regulations and conditions, and registration is confirmed once all requirements are satisfied and the request has been processed.

What you'll get

Agriculture Directorate certificate and site plans commonly referred to as the LPIS certificate and site plans.

Eligibility

Any person who is currently responsible for the cultivation or maintenance of agricultural land.

How to apply

Completing the e-form in accordance with the instructions and requirements provided and submitting it.


Documents required:

 

  • Site Plan of the agricultural land (LPIS Site Plan issued by either the Agriculture Directorate, ARPA, or an Official Land Registry Site Plan)

  • Oath, completed and certified by a notary (template can be found here)

  • Documents demonstrating the nature of your right or title to agricultural land, including contracts, wills, or rent receipts (matchmen)

  • Nitrates Declaration 

  • In certain cases, a copy of the Identity Card may be requested as part of the e-form completion process
