Overview

A declaration that the owner or another authorised person will remain within secure means of transport during transit, or within the perimeter of the airport with the pet, following that there is no contact with animals of species susceptible to rabies.

This form, together with the Pets Arrival Online Notifiction are to be completed together for pets transiting in third world countries which have a rabies high risk.

What you'll get

The owners will be aware that in that country rabies is present, so that they will be more careful not to leave their pet unattended.
