Feed Business Registration Form

Overview

The form provides for whoever is interested in starting any animal feed related activity, or is already performing such an activity, to ask to be registered as a feed business with the Feedingstuffs and Animal Nutrition Office. For whoever is already performing such an activity, this form is used to regularize their position.

What you'll get

A registration letter within 30 days from receipt of the application form, provided that your application form has been positively evaluated.

Eligibility

Any person interested in starting any animal feed related activity and/or any person who is already performing any animal feed related activity and never asked to be registered as a feed business, so as to regularize their position.
