Through this application form, an applicant can report a missing dog or cat.

What you'll get

Notification from the Microchipping Section to all veterinarians, clinics and sanctuaries. The owner would then be notified if/when the pet is found.

Eligibility

Individuals resident in the Maltese Islands.
