Overview
The transfer of an electricity/water supply account for particular premises in the case of: a change of ownership, upon returning premises to the landlord, on purchase of property already supplied with electricity and water, transfer due to inheritance, and for rental purposes.
What You'll Get
A transfer of the account from the old account holder to the new account holder. All the rights and obligations of an account holder are transferred on the submission and registration of the application.
Eligibility
All account holders who want to transfer premises. In the case that the account holder is deceased, the applicant needs to provide proof of ownership of the said premises. All pending dues relating to the two transferring parties have to be settled before the application can be processed.
