Eligibility
Government Entities who apply for an expropriation, possession and use, terminations, subsoil rights, easements, releases, sale back and request for expropriation at the expense of third parties (for private owners). Private individuals / entities who want to request an expropriation are to apply directly with Infrastructure Malta and not through this application.
