What you'll get
Beneficiary may obtain renewal of a commercial lease up to 1st June 2028. The original lease needs to have been signed before 25th April 2017.
Applications are subject to approval
Eligibility
Any person or organisation that had a lease on a Government commercial property signed before 25 April 2017.
