Overview
Individuals and companies which carry out hull cleaning activities within Maltese territorial waters need to be registered with the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) in order to operate.
What You'll Get
Subject to the Authority's approval and conditions, the individual or company will be registered with ERA for a period of 1 year to carry out hull cleaning activities. ERA is to be notified of each hull cleaning operation.

Local and/or foreign individuals or corporate bodies.
