Overview
Industrial activites operated under IPPC permit (as per SL 549.77) issued by the Competent Authority, which require a variation to the permit, need to fill in this form.

Local and/or foreign individuals or corporate bodies in possession of an IPPC permit issued by the Competent Authority.
