Environmental Permit for Interventions on Protected Trees

Overview

If a local company or individual intends to carry out any intervention (such as pruning, uprooting or transplanting) to a tree protected through S.L. 549.123, a permit from the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) may be required prior to carrying out such works.

What you'll get

Subject to the Authority's approval and conditions, the company or individual will be allowed to carry out the desired intervention.

Eligibility

Local and/or foreign individuals or corporate bodies.
