Overview
If a company or individual intends to transport and dispose of waste at sea, a permit from the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA), is required prior to the commencement of the transfer and disposal.
What You'll Get
Subject to the Authority's approval and conditions, the company or individual will be allowed to carry out the transfer and disposal at sea of the waste material. This is subject to a Consignment Note system to be filled in on a daily basis or transfer.

Local and/or foreign individuals or corporate bodies.
