Producer Responsibility Scheme Permits - Waste Batteries and Accumulators

Overview

If a company or individual intends to set up and operate a waste batteries and accumulators collection, treatment and recycling scheme, s/he is required to apply with the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA).

What you'll get

Subject to the Authority's approval and conditions, the company or individual will be allowed to carry out the desired intervention.
