Application for the issuance of a Maltese ID Card applicable to Maltese citizens only.
When applying for the eID card the citizen will be given the chance to apply also for an eID account by filling in section C.
All persons over 14 years of age.
Visit the Identity Cards Unit at Gattard House, National Road, Blata l-Bajda during the following opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 7.30am to 2.00pm
Wednesday afternoon – 3.00pm to 6.00pm
Saturday – 7.30am to 11.00am
