Overview
Professionals may refer persons with disability to Aġenzija Sapport services. The first contact for all services is with the Agency’s Intake Team.
What you'll get
An initial phone call followed by a number of home visits by the Intake Team professionals will be carried out. An assessment regarding the current situation will be thoroughly compiled and prospective service user will be referred to the services required.
Eligibility
People with disabilities and guardians/parents of children with disability, from birth up to 60 years.
