Adaptation Works in Dwellings Occupied by Tenants and Owners

Overview

This scheme helps render properties up to an acceptable standard. This scheme provides subsidies so that residential premises which are either privately rented or government rented residences, will be rendered habitable to an acceptable standard. Landlords of private dwellings rented to tenants can apply for assistance to eliminate any dangerous structures. 

What you'll get

Owner occupiers can benefit from assistance for repairs related to structure and adaptations in their residence, whilst tenants can benefit for assistance related to adaptations.
