Overview

This form is a specimen signature sheet which can be used to provide samples of the signatures of the authorised signatories of a company, a corporation or an entity. Through this process, the signatures of the signatories who apply are then used for authentication purposes to issue a Legalisation or an Apostille certificate.

What you'll get

The information is registered in a database containing all the registered signatories, to be used for comparison, and to issue the Apostille or Legalisation with the registered personal details.

Eligibility

Various entities including: Notaries, Accountants, Directors or Secretaries of companies, Government officials, Lawyers, Translators and Head of Schools.
