Voluntary Registration of Maltese Living Abroad Non-Governmental Organisations (Form 'O')

Overview

Article 10 of Act XX of 2011 requests the setup of a register for non-governmental organisations set up outside Malta which are involved in the promotion and protection of the interests of Maltese living abroad. 
Those non-governmental organisations that fall under these categories can fill Form O and submit it to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry for Foreign Affairs And Tourism.

All personal data collected through Form O will be kept by the Office of The Deputy Prime Minister And Ministry For Foreign Affairs And Tourism. for a maximum period of 3 years. The Data Controller is the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry for Foreign Affairs and Tourism.
