Status of Regulated Agent for Cargo Operators

Overview

Cargo operators interested in handling air cargo and provide security controls that are accepted or required by the appropriate authority in respect of cargo or mail, in terms of the National Civil Aviation Security Programme and Regulations (EC) No. 300/200, (EU) 2015/1998 and relevant decisions in the territory of Malta and the European Union, are requested to fill in this form.
