Overview

Prior to a change in the registered ownership of an aircraft against which an Irrevocable De-Registration and Export Request Authorisation (IDERA) is recorded, the registered owner must arrange for the IDERA to be revoked. A new IDERA may be submitted by the aircraft registered owner immediately following the change of aircraft registered ownership.

i) Original irrevocable de-registration and export request authorisation as stamped by the Authority and returned to the authorised party or his agent.
