Deposit Form (VEH 03)

Overview

This form is used to deposit documents for vehicle registrations so that they are processed by the back office.

What you'll get

The applicants will deposit the appropriate documents for that particular transaction and will collect the processed document the day after.

General public.

How to apply

Print and fill in the form and submit in person at:

Transport Malta
Land Transport Directorate
A3 Towers
Triq l-Arkata
Paola PLA 1212

Required documents:
i) VEH 01 - Signed and duly filled.
ii) VEH 02 - Signatures, Cash or Hire Purchase (HP), if personalised plates check if plate is available, size of plates.
iii) Invoice.
iv) Insurance - Validity matches with 1st plate letter.
v) Copy of ID Cards - Buyer, witness and if on HP terms a copy of the spouse.
vi) COC (M1)/Tech Specs (Commercial).
vii) Cheque payable to the 'Authority for Transport in Malta'.
viii) For new Non-EU vehicles - VEH 04 signed by Customs.
ix) For used EU - MT Inspection Form, VRT.
x) For used Non-EU - VEH 05, VCA, JEVIC, VRT.
