An application for a full Watch Rating Certificate in either Deck /Engine/Electro-Technical.
You will get a Deck/Engine Watch Rating Certificate.
Any person who has completed training in Engine/Deck/Electro-Technical Rating.
Fill in the online form and submit.
The following documents must be attached:
i) Copy of Passport or Seaman’s Record Book or official ID Card (applicant should be 16 years of age).
ii) Copy of Provisional Watch Rating Certificate – Refer to MSD Notice No. 30.
iii) Copies of training courses undertaken including basic safety training in accordance with section A-VI/1.2of the STCW code (Personal Survival Techniques, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting, Elementary First Aid, Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities).
iv) Valid Medical Certificate (ILO 73 and STCW compliant).
v) 1 passport sized photograph.
vi) The relative processing fee.
