Any individual or organisation is able to apply for a designated restricted area by visiting the Authority or by email. Such area requested, if approved, shall be included in the relative Notice to Mariners and issued with a permit which shall include a set of terms and conditions, one of which that such area must be open with free access to the public.
Subject to approval, a permit shall be issued indicating the timeframe and terms and conditions
This form may be used by:
- Any Maltese individual
- Voluntary and Non-Voluntary organisations
- Any foreign individual residing in Malta
