Any individual or organisation with a Temporary Mooring Permit requesting to replace, relocate or add a mooring block are able to collect the necessary forms and documentation from the Authority's office. The forms are requested to be submitted 2 days prior the commencement of work. The Authority holds every right to approve or disapprove the requested work requested by any individual or organization.
Subject to approval and eligiblity, the Authority will grant the authorisation to any individual or organisation to replace, relocate or add mooring blocks.

- Voluntary organisations
- Any foreign individual residing in Malta
