Any individual or organisation deciding to renounce their Temporary Mooring Permit can inform the Moorings & Berthings unit and visit the unit's offices to sign the necessary documentation.
Subject to Approval and the necessary documentation, the Authority will grant the renouncement of a Temporary Mooring Permit. This action is non-reversable.
This process may be used by:
- Any Maltese individual holding a Temporary Mooring permit
- Voluntary organisations holding a temporary Mooring permit
- Any foreign individual residing in Malta holding a Temporary Mooring permit
