Application for Fiscal Incentive

Overview

This form is used by employers to claim fiscal incentive for having in their employment registered disabled persons whom no EU grants have been granted for their employment.

What you'll get

Employers will receive 25% of the basic salary to a maximum of €4,500.

Eligibility

Employers employing persons registering as disabled persons either with Jobsplus or CRPD (KNDP), and have not benefitted from any EU grants for employing same employee.

Attach a copy of the individual FS3 which must be countersigned by the individual as a true copy of original, and also attach a copy of the employee ID Card.
