All providers offering non formal education activities catering for secondary school students.
How to apply
On-line registration on the DQSE website
Documents required
POMA clearance of all adults in contact with students,
Police conduct of all adults in contact with students,
Valid first aid certificate of one responsible adult present on premises,
Providers offering sports related activities need to register with AIMS,
Health and Safety Report of premises, or comparable.
