- Must be 18 years old or older
- Qualified personnel
- Staff employed must have a clean conduct with regards Animal Welfare Act.
- At least one pet sitter shall have a certificate in Animal First Aid when animals are present

• Clean conduct with regards Animal Welfare Act
• Appropriate Animal Health Control Programme
• A proper Record Keeping, which shall be kept for a minimum of two (2) years.
