iii) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
iv) Premises plan (1:100)
v) Hazard analysis and critical control points plan (HACCP plan)
vi) Planning authority permit (if applicable)
vii) Drawings of the medicated feed line
viii) Memorandum and articles of company (if applicable)
ix) Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) License (if company is a limited company)
