  • Let’s Move Malta

Let’s Move Malta is a nationwide campaign that promotes inclusivity and accessibility, encouraging everyone to become more active. The campaign introduces a variety of initiatives aimed at different age groups and abilities.

We’ve enhanced our Sport Fundamentals sessions, extending them to 90 minutes to give students more time to develop their skills and confidence.

The Adult Programme has also expanded, now offering a wider range of sessions such as Zero to 5km Running, Aqua Fitness, Yoga, Fitness Training, Dance Fitness, and more.

    New additions include:

    • Parent and Child Programme (ages 2.5 - 3 years): Parents actively participate as their children learn key motor skills through guided coaching.

    • Teen Adventure Programme (ages 12 - 16 years): A unique experience combining sport, teamwork, and life skills development.

    • Establishing SportMalta Hubs - In collaboration with sport associations and clubs, the SportMalta Hubs will work to make sport more inclusive and accessible, while guiding participants towards joining clubs and advancing their sporting journey.
