  • Access to Finance and/or the Allocation of Industrial Space

    Eligible undertakings in terms of the Business Promotion Act can apply for any of the following types of assistance:

    i) Allocation of industrial space.
    ii) Soft loan.
    iii) Interest rate subsidy.
    iv) Loan guarantee.
  • Addition in Corporate Structure (Malta Gaming Authority)

    This form is to be filled in by any licensee that requires a change in corporate structure under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations (Cap. 583.05 of the Laws of Malta). Through this form, licensees are to report all changes of their corporate structure. "
  • Aid for Research and Development (R&D) Projects (Tax Credit)

    This incentive measure allows companies to claim tax credits on costs incurred directly or indirectly in carrying out an R&D project or projects relevant to the company’s trade.
  • Approval of New Games under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations

    This form is to be filled in by any licensee that requires the approval of a new game/s under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations (Cap. 583.05 of the Laws of Malta).

    Through this form, licensees are to report details of the new game.
  • Business Advisory Services

    The business advisory scheme is designed to provide business undertakings operating in Malta, with advisory services that suit their specific circumstances. Business priorities change in relation to various factors that include the socio-economic environment and the age of the enterprise. While a start-up undertaking may prioritise funding and market entry, a more established undertaking will prioritise new market penetration, change management, innovation and corporate governance. Malta Enterprise established a team of business consultants that have the capabilities to address the needs of undertakings at different stages of development. Business advisory services are provided with the aim to support undertakings identify strengths and overcome weaknesses in specific areas. A range of business advisors services are available and every effort is made to match the right advisor to the specific needs of the applicant.
  • Business Associations Grant Scheme

    Associations play a critical role in establishing best practices, and technical standards. Through this incentive, Malta Enterprise intends to promote the development and continuity of small Business Associations that aim to facilitate collaboration and develop their relevant business sector.
  • Business Development & Continuity

    This measure is intended to facilitate value added projects that are expected to contribute to the regional development of Malta and to support existing undertakings sustain operations during restructuring.
  • Catering Capacity Building

    The scope of this scheme is to assist hospitality and catering establisments that engages a chef to support in capacity building, innovation and in the development of the operations.
  • Certify (Tax Credits)

    This scheme is intended to encourage eligible undertakings to continuously improve the quality of their products, services and processes through the attainment of industry recognised certifications. The scheme is intended to boost awareness of the added value that may be achieved through certification when competing in international markets.
  • Change in Approved Company Details under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations

    This form is to be filled in by any licensee that requires changes to the company details under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations (Cap. 583.05 of the Laws of Malta).

    Through this form, licensees are to submit the updated details that they wish to change.
