  • Change in Terms and Conditions (Malta Gaming Authority)

    This form needs to be filled in by any licensee that changes the terms and conditions falling under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations (Chapter 583.05 of the Laws of Malta).

    Through this form, licensees are to report the updated terms and conditions.
  • Channel Surrender under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations

    This form is to be filled in by any licensee that wishes to surrender a channel under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations (Cap. 583.05 of the Laws of Malta).

    Through this form, licensees are to report the channel they wish to surrender.
  • Commercial Communication Game Application Form

    A Commercial Communication Game is organised with the purpose of promoting or encouraging the sale of goods/services. This does not constitute an economic activity in its own right and any payments effected by the participant serve only to acquire the promoted goods/services and are not a means of participating in the game itself. Nevertheless, it still requires a permit.
  • Company Seal URL Request

    Each and every active licensee should have a dynamic seal clearly visible placed on the approved website, and made available to all website visitors.
  • Cooperate for Growth

     
    Businesses planning to participate in events organised through and/or supported by the Enterprise Europe Network may apply for support under this measure to be considered for assistance on travel and registrations costs.
  • Cruise Casino Certificate of Approval

    The Gaming Authority (GA) considers that the Cruise Casino Regulations (S.L. 400.03) issued under the Gaming Act (Cap 400 of the Laws of Malta) empower the GA to request a cruise ship with an on-board casino wanting to obtain a certificate of approval to operate its casino while within Maltese territory.
  • Declaration Go Live Date

    The form is to be filled in by Licensees to inform the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) of the date when the Licensee intends to start operating (Go Live). It should be completed by the Licensee’s Key person and sent to the MGA within 30 days of the issuance of the licence.
  • Entity Declaration Form

    This form includes details about the Gaming Operator’s/Licensee’s company details including contact details, company share capital details, and the relevant players’ and operating bank account details. This form also includes some gaming and control system ownership details.
  • Family Business Transfer of Ownership

    The purpose of the incentive is to assist and facilitate family businesses to transfer their business from one generation to the next by providing benefits including governance and fiscal benefits for the better management and organisation within the family and the business.
  • Gaming and Control Systems Information

    This form includes details about the Gaming Operator’s/Licensee’s gaming and control system and gaming and control system ownership details.
