  • Gaming Licence

    The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) considers that the Gaming Authorizations Regulations (Chapter 583.05 of the Laws of Malta) empowers the MGA to request any person wanting to obtain a gaming licence to operate or promote or sell or abet gaming in and from Malta to fill in this form.
  • Gozo Transport Grant Scheme

    This scheme supports manufacturing undertakings operating from Gozo by reducing their inter-island transporation costs. The assistance serves to reduce the cost-disadvantages for manufacturers based in Gozo, rendering these businesses in a better position to compete effectively within the single market.
  • Green Mobility Scheme

    Transport systems are critical to businesses but are also a major contributor to greenhouse gas and other pollutants.  In line with the EU’s goal to become the first climate-neutral continent by 2050 actions to help speed up the bloc's transition to electric vehicles are required.

    The Green Mobility Scheme shall support the transition to more sustainable transportation by accelerating the uptake of electric vehicles used in business for the transportation of goods and people, by supporting investment in recharging infrastructure required for vehicles which are an integral part of a business activity. The scheme shall also support leasing of clean or zero-emission vehicles.

    (The scheme is designed to work in synergy with other existing measures facilitating a green transition in the transport of goods and people.)
  • Incident Reporting

    The form is to be filled in by Licensees so as to inform the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) of any incidents that might occur in their systems. It should be completed by the Licensee’s Key Person and sent to the MGA within 24 hours of the incident occuring.
  • Licence Surrender under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations

    This form is to be filled in by any licensee that wishes to surrender their Gaming Licence in accordance to the Gaming Authorisations Regulations (Cap. 583.05 of the Laws of Malta).

    Through this form, licensees inform the Authority that they wish to surrender the gaming licence.
  • Limited Commercial Communication Game Application Form

    A Limited Commercial Communication Game is organised with the purpose of promoting or encouraging the sale of goods/services which includes a stake and a prize. Nevertheless, it still requires a permit.
  • Material Gaming Supply

    This form is to be filled in by any licensee who wishes to obtain a Material Supply Approval under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations (Cap. 583.05 of the Laws of Malta).
  • Monthly Players' Liabilities & Tax Report (Malta Gaming Authority)

    This form needs to be filled in by each licensee falling under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations (Chapter 583.05 of the Laws of Malta). Through this form, licensees are to report all players liabilities, jackpot liabilities, funds held in Clients' Accounts as well as funds in transit. Dormant funds and tax dues are also reported through this form.
  • New or Change in Outsourcing under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations

    This form is to be filled in by any licensee that requires a change in outsourcing under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations (Cap. 583.05 of the Laws of Malta).

    Through this form, licensees are to report all contracts.
  • New or Change in Payment Methods under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations

    This form is to be filled in by any licensee that requires a new or a change in a payment method under the Gaming Authorisations Regulations (Cap. 583.05 of the Laws of Malta).

    Through this form, licensees are to provide all updated contracts.
