    The aim of this card is to promote mobility, increase youth information and encourage the participation of youths abroad. Among the benefits, young people will have access to information and discounts both locally and abroad.
  • Music Tuition for Young People in Band Clubs

    Aġenzija Żgħażagħ in collaboration with Band Clubs Association annually organise the 'Musical Tuition for Young People in Band Clubs’ scheme, as part of its Programme to Support Youth Organisations.This scheme is managed by the agency through the Parliamentary Secretariat for Youth, Sport and Voluntary Organisations. Band Clubs in various localities around Malta and Gozo provide young people with the opportunity to learn and develop their musical skills.

    The main aim behind this scheme is to provide financial assistance to local Band Clubs to come up with initiatives and proposals which encourage young people to learn how to play a musical instrument and/or improve the tuition services that are already being provided. They can also come up with sustainable and innovative initiatives to develop and /or upgrade their current teaching facilities and services.

  • Summer Work Opportunities

    The Students' Maintenance Grants’ Board (SMGB) within the Ministry for Education, in collaboration with the Institute for the Public Service within the People and Standards’ Division at the Office of the Prime Minister, are inviting full-time students having finished compulsory secondary education including those in their final year of their studies (Form V/Year 11) to apply for the provision of summer work opportunities for students.

  • Youth Worker’s Warrant

    The warrant is to provide youth workers with a benchmark for good professional behaviour and practice. It is intended to guide and support youth workers in fulfilling their professional duties and responsibilities, and to uphold professional standards and the continuous improvement of such standards.
