  • A4U Scheme: Assistance for You

    Financial support to help youth organisations/groups develop and increase resources and improve the premises they use.
  • Accreditation of Youth Volunteering Organisations

    Accreditation serves to gain access to European Voluntary Service (EVS) and to ensure that the principles and minimum quality standards of EVS are met.
  • Application for the use of Equipment from Aġenzija Żgħażagħ

    Registered organisations with Aġenzija Żgħażagħ may hire equipment against a fully refundable deposit. The deposit will be fully refunded once the equipment is returned on time, fully functional and in the same condition that was handed over to the organisation.
  • Be Active Scheme: Developing Ideas Together

    Supporting youth organisations in the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of projects that are aimed to provide for the well-being of their respective members as well as for the community and society.
  • European Youth Card (EYCA Card)

    The aim of this card is to promote mobility, increase youth information and encourage the participation of youths abroad. Among the benefits, young people will have access to information and discounts both locally and abroad.
  • Marsaxlokk Youth Activity Centre

    The centre is available for youth organisations, agencies, associations and groups to organise live-ins, exchanges, seminars, meetings and workshops, daily group sessions, indoor and outdoor activities.
  • Music Tuition for Young People in Band Clubs

    Aġenzija Żgħażagħ in collaboration with Band Clubs Association annually organise the 'Musical Tuition for Young People in Band Clubs’ scheme, as part of its Programme to Support Youth Organisations.This scheme is managed by the agency through the Parliamentary Secretariat for Youth, Sport and Voluntary Organisations. Band Clubs in various localities around Malta and Gozo provide young people with the opportunity to learn and develop their musical skills.

    The main aim behind this scheme is to provide financial assistance to local Band Clubs to come up with initiatives and proposals which encourage young people to learn how to play a musical instrument and/or improve the tuition services that are already being provided. They can also come up with sustainable and innovative initiatives to develop and /or upgrade their current teaching facilities and services.
  • Summer Work Opportunities

    The Students' Maintenance Grants’ Board (SMGB) within the Ministry for Education, in collaboration with the Institute for the Public Service within the People and Standards’ Division at the Office of the Prime Minister, are inviting full-time students having finished compulsory secondary education including those in their final year of their studies (Form V/Year 11) to apply for the provision of summer work opportunities for, students 2022.

    The centre is available for youth organisations, agencies, associations and groups to organise live-ins, exchanges, seminars, meetings and workshops, daily group sessions, indoor and outdoor activities.
