  • Reconnection of Electricity Service (Form REC)

    If the electricity supply is suspended for a long period of time, you may be requested to submit this form, endorsed by an authorised provider (refer to the Electrical Installation Regulations - SL423.39) to confirm that your internal electricity system can be reconnected to the national electricity grid.
  • Registration of Change of Consumer - Deceased Account Holder to Registered Partners (Form G)

    The transfer of an electricity/water supply account from a deceased account holder to his/her registered partner. There could be an impact on the billing rates as different rates are applied depending on the number of persons living in the premises. It is important to note that according to current Electricity Supply Regulations, the same person can only move his/her registration from one premises to another once a year.
  • Registration of Change of Consumer (Form F)

    The transfer of an electricity/water supply account for particular premises in the case of: a change of ownership, upon returning premises to the landlord, on purchase of property already supplied with electricity and water, transfer due to inheritance, and for rental purposes.
  • Replacement or Shifting of Water Service (Form S)

    Shifting or replacement of the service connection to the water meter. The shifting of the water meter by a short distance perpendicular to the mains which does not require a connection does not involve a charge. When the shifting of the water metre entails a new connection, a charge equivalent to the fee of a new water service application is applicable. This application may also be used to change iron water pipes, in which case, the applicant must install an earth electrode before changing the service.
  • Request for an Up-to-Date Bill (Form J)

    Request an up-to-date bill by filling this application. Such an application is normally submitted when a customer needs a recent reading and bill in hand or to bring estimated readings in line with actual meter readings. There is a fee of €2.33 for each service (water or electric) which is charged to the account on the bill issued.
  • Roof Insulation and Double Glazing Grant Scheme

    Roof thermal insulation and double glazing scheme as part of a Government energy saving scheme.
  • Single Euro Payment Area (SEPA) Direct Debit Mandate

    It authorises ARMS Ltd to automatically receive funds from the bank account of a client upon issuance of an invoice. It can be used as a one-time or for regular payment against invoices sent to the client. The client is advised of the amount prior to the withdrawal of funds through the bill received by post. In case of a contested bill, the client can request a refund which is granted before settlement of the disputed bill.
  • Solar Water Heater Grant

    This scheme is to encourage the use of renewable sources of energy for domestic use.
  • Solar Water Heater Rebate (Form Ue)

    As part of its continuous effort to support green energy, Enemalta plc grants a rebate on the purchase of a solar water heater.
  • Temporary Electricity Supply (Form Te)

    To obtain a temporary electricty supply. Temporary electricity supplies are normally limited to kiosks, stands, street decorations and construction sites. The maximum duration for temporary electricity service is that of 6 months. Clients can extend the period of supply through this same application. Charges apply according to the service required and these are listed in the application form.
