  • Form GLA25 (Lands Authority)

    Application for the purchase of garages owned by government in a government housing estate, granted under a title of temporary emphyteusis or lease.
  • Form GLA4 (Lands Authority)

    Request for a change of any condition consisting of a modification to the conditions of a lease or to the conditions of a contract of emphyteusis or sub.
  • Form GLA7 (Lands Authority)

    Request for transfer by title of temporary emphyteusis in terms of Article 31 (g) (C) of Chapter 573 Of the Laws of Malta.
  • Form GLA9 (Lands Authority)

    Request for transfer by title of lease in terms of Article 31 (g) (E) of Chapter 573 of the Laws of Malta.
  • Form PC-A

    The Form PC-A is used as accompanying documentation to the Application for Planning Control.

    This is a standard letter that is to be sent to owners that are not co-applicants or affected third parties notifying them about the intention to submit a Planning Control Application.

    On the form, insert the name and address of the owner/third party on whom notice is being served, the site reference number, the location of land being affected by the proposed change, a description of the proposed minor amendment and the details of the applicant and architect in the appropriate spaces on this form. This letter should be accompanied by a draft proposed layout plan that is being submitted to the Planning Authority.
  • Form PC-B

    Accompanying documentation to the application for Planning Control.

    This form complements Form PC-A since this contains a list of all the owners/third parties to whom the Form PC-A was sent.
  • Form PC-D

    Accompanying documentation to the application for Planning Control.

    The Form PC-D may be used to acquire third party consent before submitting the application. However, the Planning Authority may request an alternation to the proposed minor modification and consequently will be requested to require the relevant consent. This form is not requested with the submission of the appliation but is requested at a later stage in the processing of the application.

    The site reference number used on this form should be exactly the same as that used on the notification letter Form PC-A, even though some numbers may be missed out. Insert the name of the consenting owner/third party, the floor level in relation to the number of floors within the same block, the address of the property affected by the proposed change, a description of the proposed minor amendment, the details of the consenting owner/third party and architect in the appropriate spaces on this form.
  • Form PLA1 (Lands Authority)

    Request for consent of the Lands Authority to submit a development planning application in terms of Article 71 (5) of Chapter 552 of the Laws of Malta.
  • Form PLA2 (Lands Authority)

    Request for no objection of the Lands Authority to a minor modification in terms of Regulation 3 of Subsidiary Legislation 552.07 (Development Planning (Procedure for Minor Modifications to Subsidiary Plans) Regulations).
  • Guidance Note to Assist Architects and Applicants to fill in Forms PC-A to PC-D

    Provides guidance to fill in Planning Control forms.
