This form is a declaration which states that the listed applicant/s are the sole and rightful owners of each respective parcel of land as identified in the Deed Ownership Map/s. The said Deed Ownership Map is to indicate the full and complete ownership details of all the land that is located within the application site boundaries.

If a property falls within a registration area and it has a hypothec, it has to be registered at the Land Registry.

If a property falls within a registration area the property has to be registered at the Land Registry. This form covers all first registrations. It also includes any transfer of property.

The owners of a block of flats may decide to adopt rules for the common parts of the block. The rules need to be approved by not less than two thirds of the units represented during a General Meeting. If approved they must register the rules at the Land Registry.

The Form E is used to find out whether a property is in a Registration Area or not and also to find out whether the property is registered and if so in whose name.
