Overview
Industrial activites falling within scope of the activites indicated in Schedule 1 of the Industrial Emissions (IPPC) Regulations (SL 549.77) and where applicable, the thresholds stipualated therein, require an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) permit prior to operation.
What You'll Get
Subject to the Authority's approval and conditions, the operator will be allowed to operate such installations in line with the required environmental standards stipulated under the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) Regulations.
Eligibility
Local and/or foreign individuals or corporate bodies operating an installation falling within scope of the industrial Emissions (IPPC) Regulations in Malta and Gozo.
