    Industrial activites falling within scope of the activites indicated in Schedule 1 of the Industrial Emissions (IPPC) Regulations (SL 549.77) and where applicable, the thresholds stipulated therein, require an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) permit prior operating.
