Overview

The Commission for the Rights of Persons with Disability (CRPD)’s main responsibility is to safeguard Cap 627 of the Laws of Malta, “The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD) Act”. Part of the tasks assigned to The Enforcement Unit within CRPD is investigate complaints re any abuse of Blue Bays and/or abuse of a Blue Badge. 
This form is intended for persons with disabilities and their family members (or others directly affected) to report to the CRPD any concerns, misuse, or abuse related to the designated parking bays or blue badges.

What you'll get

Upon submission of this complaint form, the Enforcement Unit will assess the report in accordance with the provisions of Cap. 560 of the Laws of Malta to determine whether it constitutes any form of abuse.
The Enforcement Unit’s process includes gathering information from all relevant parties, including both the individual reporting the alleged abuse and the party accused of such conduct. Once all necessary information has been collected, the Enforcement Unit will inform the alleged offending party of any potential consequences should the abusive behaviour persist.
If the matter falls outside the remit of the CRPD, the Enforcement Unit may forward the report, together with all relevant evidence and information gathered, to the Police for further action.
Please note that, due to GDPR requirements, it may not always be possible to provide feedback to the reporting party.
 

Eligibility

Both persons with disabilities and their family members (or any other person even if not directly affected) can report to the CRPD.
