  • Application for Registration to Practise the Legal Profession in Malta under the Home-Country Professional Title

    EU (Non-Maltese) Legal Professionals wishing to practice their legal profession in Malta will be required to register with the local competent authority. Such registration will entitle them to practise under their home country professional title.
  • Application to Access the Regulated Profession – MEDIATOR

    This form is to be submitted by persons requesting to be accredited as mediators and who are duly qualified.
  • Arbitration Services

    Arbitration Proceedings commence with the filing of a Notice of Arbitration by the person initiating the proceedings (Claimant) together with the payment of the relevant filing fee.
  • Archive of Acts Request for Soft/Hard Copy of Terminated Judicial Act/s

    This form is used to make request for a softcopy and/or hardcopy/true copy from a list of terminated judicial acts.

  • Criminal Courts (Malta) Juror Exemption

    With this application, one may request the Court to be exempt from serving as a juror. According to Article 607(1) of the Criminal Code this application must be filed within four days after writ of service. If the request to be exempt is for example based on a medical condition, the original copy is necessary. A scanned copy is not accepted by the Court, thus electronic submissions are not sufficient. In the case where according to Article 604 of the Criminal Code, one is included in the list exempted from serving as juror, a letter addressed to the Registrar is enough to be deemed as an application.
  • Online Fines Payment

    This service is used by the citizen who requires to pay for a Court fine online after having received a Notice for Payment from the Courts of Malta and Gozo.
  • Request for Mediation

    This form is to be submitted by all those opting to resolve their disputes through mediation on a voluntary basis. Delivery of service will be considered as completed as soon as a mediator has been appointed to conduct mediation.

  • Small Claims Tribunal - Counterclaim Reply

    This form is used by the party who brought a claim before the Small Claims Tribunal to reply to a counterclaim made by the party against whom s/he filed his/her claim.
  • Small Claims Tribunal - Notice of Claim

    This form is used to file before the Small Claims Tribunal a money claim of an amount not exceeding €5,000 and thereby initiating procedures before the same Tribunal.
  • Small Claims Tribunal - Reply

    This form is used by a party who is served with a notice of claim filed against him in the Small Claims Tribunal and wants to respond to the claim. This reply has to be submitted within 18 days from the date when such party was served with the notice of claim. If the party so notified wants to make a counterclaim against the party who made the claim, then s/he is to use this same form and fill in the part entitled 'Response with Counterclaim'.
