Importers may claim a refund of import duty paid on consignments which at the time of release did not have the applicable preference certificate issued by the exporter.

How to apply

The Enabling certificate attachment is not required in case of Article of Code 236. In all other cases an original copy of this document must also be forwarded to Customs via email at: [email protected]
