  • Final Settlement System - Payer's Annual Reconciliation

    This form provides a reconciliation between the Payee Statement of Earnings (FS3) and the Payer’s Monthly Payment Advices (FS5).
  • Final Settlement System - Payer's Monthly Payment Advice

    This payment form is to be lodged by the last working day of the month, following that during which the employer (payer) has paid emoluments or provided fringe benefits to employees (payees) and should include remittance to the Commissioner of the total amount of tax, social security contributions and maternity fund contributions.
  • Free School Transport

    Deduction from taxable income for individuals who have paid fees for the use of school transport in respect of children under the age of sixteen who attend a Church or private school.
  • Fringe Benefits - Application for a Reduced Rate for Point to Point Service or Delivery

    The employer is required to apply on the FB2 form in order to have the private car use value reduced to 0% when the car is solely or mainly used for point-to-point service. A point-to-point service exists when the relevant car is heavily used for business purposes such as in the case when an employee is required to deliver goods or services or provide transport to clients and other employees.
  • FSS Service Registration

    This registration applies to a person (individual, company, or firm) who needs to avail of the FSS online services provided by the Commissioner for Revenue. The person may also authorise an employee or official to access this service on his/her behalf.
  • Grant for first time buyers

    The Ministry for Finance and Employment has launched the following grant scheme, that aims to incentivise and assist first time buyers that purchase residential properties within Urban Conservation Areas (UCAs), properties that have been built for more than 20 years and have been vacant for more than seven years, and new properties that are developed in conformity with approved criteria as defined by the established guidelines and approved by the Board appointed by the Minister responsible for finance.
  • Grant on Purchase of Specialised Equipment by Persons with Special Needs

    The Grant on the Purchase of Special Equipment will provide support and financial assistance to persons with disabilities and their families in relation to the purchase of special equipment. A definite list of eligible equipment is provided by the respective Government Notice.
  • Grant on the Purchase and Installation of Water Purifying Equipment

    In order to reduce the use of plastic containers utilised for bottling water, the Minister for Finance has launched this grant on the purchase and installation of equipment to purify water at home by reverse osmosis or other processes.

    This scheme applies to expenditure incurred once only on the purchase price and installation of purifying water equipment for domestic use by the applicant. The grant is only eligible for private individuals (natural persons) that purchase water purifying equipment for use on their residential property.

  • Grant on the Purchase of a Bicycle

    In order to encourage the use of bicycles and pedelecs (electric bicycles) as means of transport that reduce both pollution and traffic and at the same time encourage physical activity, the Minister for Finance has launched this scheme whereby a once-only grant of 15.25% on the purchase price of a bicycle is granted to eligible applicants.
  • Grant on the Purchase of Bicycles/Pedelecs for the purpose of Hire

    In order to encourage the use of bicycles and pedelecs (electric bicycles) as a means of transport that reduce both pollution and traffic and at the same time encourage physical activity, the Minister for Finance has launched this scheme whereby a grant of 15.25% on the purchase price of bicycles and pedelecs is granted to eligible operators of Bike Hire businesses.
