Overview
This form provides online users the ability to add motor transport vehicles to an operator licence. Any vehicle which is bought and has a seating of more than 8 plus driver, has to be listed under an Operator's Licence.

Eligibility
All existing Operator Licence Permit holders. Vehicle should be according to Passenger Transport Service Regulations (PTSR).
