Overview
The aim of this form is to provide a free medium, apart from mobile phones, from where the general public is able to notify Transport Malta about vehicles which are emitting excessive smoke. In campaign leaflets it is stated that to become eligible for testing, a vehicle must be reported 3 times over a period of 3 months.
