  • Add Motor Transport Vehicles to Operator's Licence

    This form provides online users the ability to add motor transport vehicles to an operator licence. Any vehicle which is bought and has a seating of more than 8 plus driver, has to be listed under an Operator's Licence.
  • Amendments to an Existing Driving Licence

    Through this form, persons who possess a driving licence can make changes, such as change of address, surname, photo or signature.
  • Application for a Road Hump

    This form is used by local councils to apply for a round topped road hump or road hump.
  • Application for Motor Car Dealers to Register and Licence a Vehicle

    Online registration and licensing of an imported vehicle by an authorised agent or motor car dealer.
  • Application for Permit to carry out Road Works

    Any proposed road intervention works (including works being carried out in roads, alleyways, kerbs, footpaths, verges, hard landscaping and soft landscaped areas), irrelevant of size and nature, must be carried out with a permit approved by the Authority as stipulated in L.N. 29 of 2010. The purpose of the permit process is to provide better quality and control, in all road works interventions by:
    • The classification of works intervention.
    • Planning and coordination between the relevant entities and stakeholders involved.
    • The application and issuing of relevant permits in relation to the proposed road works.
    • Establishing the necessary work methods, conditions and standards set by the Authority.
    • Monitoring of works in progress.
    • Certification of works completion.
    • Auditing completed works within the liability period.
  • Application to Impose a Speed Limit on the Road

    This form is used by local councils to apply for a speed limit to be imposed.
  • Authorisation to Include a Horse under another Person's Animal Drawn Vehicle (ADV) Licence

    Form to be used when an owner of an animal wants to authorise another person to include the horse under the person’s Animal Drawn Vehicle (ADV) licence.
  • Carriage of Passengers Operating Licence for Road Transport

    This form provides online users the ability to apply/renew their Carriage of Passengers Operating Licence (CPOL). Every Operator's Licence is due for verification of documents every 5 years. Each operator must compile this form to initiate the verification process.
  • Carriage of Passengers Operator Licence (CPOL) Cancellation

    This form is filled once an operator decides to cancel his Operator's licence.
  • Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC Course)

    The regulations state that with effect of 10 September 2008, drivers who obtain a driving licence for Passenger Transport Vehicles (categories D, D+E, D1, D1+E, F) that are engaged in the carriage of passengers by road for hire or reward, must be in possession of a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC). Similarly, with effect of 10 September 2009, drivers who obtain a driving licence for Goods Transport Vehicles (categories C, C+E, C1, C1+E) that are engaged in the carriage of goods by road for hire or reward, must also be in possession of a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).

    A Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is required to obtain an operator licence. Any candidate that would like to attend the CPC course must compile and submit this form. A certificate is obtained once a candidate sits and passes the test or exam.
