  • Report swimmer's zone line.

    Any individual or organisation is able to report any swimmer's zone lines either by visiting the Authority's offices or through the department's generic email address. These reports should include detached swimming zones, vessels anchored or rafted alongside the swimming zones or any other damage done to the swimmers' zones. 
     

  • Title Bunkering Operator Permit

    Applicable to companies or individuals intending to commence bunkering operations, whether conducted on land or at sea within Maltese Territorial Waters up to 12NM.

  • Transfer of Ownership of a temporary mooring permit through donation of relatives

    The donation of a Temporary Mooring Permit for individuals or organisations not forming part of the fisheries department can only be done through relative donation. The personnel requesting this donation are requested to visit the Authority's office and to provide relative certificates showing that they are indeed relatives. Both personnel will be required to fill out the necessary forms at the premises. The Authority holds every right to approve or disapprove any requested transfer. Together with the relative certificates, to bring as well Notary declaration stating that the temporary mooring permit and its vessel are to be donated to the relative. The vessel has to remain the same and cannot be changed.
