  • Investing in Skills – Delegation of Authority

    Investing in Skills (IIS) is intended to promote access to the training of persons actively participating in the Maltese labour market, with a view to increasing productivity and enhancing adaptability.

  • Access to Employment 2021 - 2027 – Application Form

    The Access to Employment Scheme 2021 - 2027 will provide employment aid to employers in Malta and Gozo to encourage the recruitment of the more challenged amongst job seekers, unemployed and inactive. The scheme will be:  

    • Enhancing opportunities to access the labour market and providing work experience to those furthest away from gainful occupation.  

    • Bridging the gap between labour market supply and demand.  

    • Increasing social cohesion.

     

  • Access to Employment 2021 - 2027 – Claim for Reimbursement

    he Access to Employment 2021 - 2027 Scheme will provide employment aid to employers in Malta and Gozo to encourage the recruitment of the more challenged amongst job seekers, unemployed and inactive. The scheme will be:

  • Access to Employment 2021 - 2027 – Participant's Curriculum Vitae

    For Target Group 4 or 6 (4) the Curriculum Vitae is required. Such form is to be attached to the Participant Information Sheet form which is part of the A2E Application Form.

  • Application for a New/Extension of an Employment Licence for a Third Country National

    Third Country Nationals who are not eligible for the Single Permit Process, such as:

    - Temporary workers
    - Students
    - Service providers
    - Self-Employed persons

    may use this form to apply for an employment licence.
  • Application for a New/Extension of an License fo an Asylum Seeker -Failed Asylum Seeker

    Asylum seekers (AS) and failed asylum seekers (FAS) are given the possibility to take up employment until their respective application for asylum is reviewed. This application needs to be filled in by the prospective employers and once the Employment Licence is granted, the AS/FAS will be allowed to work with that specific employer.
  • Application for a New/Extension of Employment Licence for a Person Granted International Protection or Temporary Humanitarian Protection Status

    Beneficiaries of protection are given the possibility to take up employment once their status is determined by the competent authority.
  • Application for Fiscal Incentive

    This form is used by employers to claim fiscal incentive for having in their employment registered disabled persons whom no EU grants have been granted for their employment.
  • Application for the Filling of Posts

  • Average Wage Earners Scheme

    The persons applying for this scheme will be receiving €25 weekly, provided that they attend a minimum of 4 hours training per week for one of the courses organised by Jobsplus. Payment is based on the duration of the course. Applicants need to present personal documentation such as payslips and bank details.
