  • Application for the Filling of Posts – Aġenzija Sapport

    The Human Resources Department, which focuses on people management and employee well-being, leads the Agency’s efforts to recruit, develop and maintain a workforce that meets the needs of a dynamic organisation. Our goal is to help strengthen individual and organisational performance through updated HR policies and practices.

  • Average Wage Earners Scheme

    The persons applying for this scheme will be receiving €25 weekly, provided that they attend a minimum of 4 hours training per week for one of the courses organised by Jobsplus. Payment is based on the duration of the course. Applicants need to present personal documentation such as payslips and bank details.

  • Childcare Subsidy Scheme - End of Course Reimbursement

    The main objective behind this scheme is to facilitate the participation in lifelong learning for those persons who have family responsibilities.

  • Declaration Of Employment

    If you find employment, even if it is still during the probation period, one is requested to advise JobsPlus before the start of the employment date. Citizens are also advised to stop registering immediately.

  • Employers - Delegation of Authority Form

    This form is to be completed by the Jobsplus website users in order to request access to link to a company if they are not themselves directors of the company.

  • Employment Engagement (Self-Employed Person)

    Used to record the commencement of self-employment.

  • Employment Engagement Employees

    The Engagement form is utilised to record the commencement of the employee's employment.

  • Entry of Name in Register for Persons with Disability

    This form is used to apply for the entry of one’s name in the Jobsplus Register for Persons with Disability.
  • Exemption from Paying the Employer's Share of NI

    This form is used by employers to claim eligibility to exempt themselves from paying the employer’s share of NI when employing persons with disability.

  • Incentive for Employers to Employ Mature Workers

    Eligible employers will benefit from a tax reimbursement of a maximum of €11,600 over a period of two years (€5,800 per year). If training is outsourced and provided by third parties employers will be reimbursed for up to €400 (50% of the cost of training).
