  • Application for a Church School Licence

    This application is for the provision of an church school licence as per established Licensing Regulations in the Education Act Cap. 327.
  • Application for an Educational Institution Licence

    This application is for the provision of an educational institution licence as per Article 20 (3) of the Education Act Cap. 327.
  • Application for an Independent School Licence

    This application is for the provision of an independent school licence as per established Licensing Regulations in the Education Act Cap. 327.
  • Application for an International School Licence

    This application is for the provision of an international school licence as per established Licensing Regulations in the Education Act Cap. 327.
  • Free Breakfast Club Service in Primary State Schools

    An online application for the registration of students to make use of the Breakfast Club Service delivered in all Primary State Schools during the scholastic year.
  • Free School Transport

    School transport is provided free of charge to all students who reside more than 1 km distance away from their school. Parents/Guardians of child/ren attending Primary, Middle and Secondary State Schools must apply through this form in order for their child/ren to make use of free transport. For Church and Independent Schools, logistics and operations, in terms of transport organisation, will remain unchanged from scholastic year 2020/2021nts/guardians shall apply for school transport either directly at their respective Church School/Independent School, through the school transport organisers or at the school’s transport providers.
  • Free SEC Preventive (Revision) Classes 2019

    The Youth Guarantee SEC Preventive (Revision) Classes are organised for students aged 15-24, who got a 6, 7, U or were marked absent in their May sitting of their Ordinary level/SEC examinations in the following core subjects: Biology, Physics, Maths, Maltese and English. Students can apply for up to 3 subjects (including one science subject) if they have obtained a grade 6 or lower in more than one core subject. These classes are provided free of charge over 5 weeks during the summer period (July – August 2019).
  • GEM 16+ Education Programme Centre

    The GEM16+ educational learning centre offers an intensive learning programme which includes:

    • English;
    • Maths;
    • Maltese;
    • Choice between ECDL, Physics or Biology.
  • Klabb 3-16 After School Service

    Klabb 3-16 is an after-school care service for children between the ages of 3 and 16 years, attending State, Church or Independent schools. It is currently being operated in 33 localities and one may choose the centre that is most convenient. The service is offered from state primary schools and from Monday to Friday during the scholastic year. The operational hours during the scholastic days are between the schools’ dismissal time, till 18.00. The hours used can be tailored to one’s needs, while respecting the official dismissal schedule issued by the centre. The service also operates on a whole day basis between 07:00 hrs and 17:30 hours during school holidays, according to demand.
